Refunds.
Fonts are delivered the moment you pay, so sales are generally final. But mistakes happen, and when they do we'll sort them out.

When we’ll refund or fix an order
- A file is broken, won’t install, or isn’t what the product page described. We’ll fix it, and if we can’t, refund it.
- You were charged twice, or bought something you already owned. Refunded in full.
- You picked the wrong family, style or tier. Tell us within 14 days, before you’ve used the fonts in published work, and we’ll swap your order for the right one. If a swap can’t fix it, we’ll refund it.
Moving to a bigger tier
That’s an upgrade, not a refund: you pay the difference and keep full credit for what you already paid. See the licensing page.
How to ask
Write to hello@lonemantype.com with your order number (it starts with LM- and is in your email and on your order page) and a line on what happened. A real person reads it, usually within a day or two.
What a refund means for the license
A refunded order’s license ends, and its download link stops working. Please delete the files from any computer or server they were installed on.
Before you dispute a charge
Please write to us first: it’s faster for you, and almost everything can be fixed by email. If a charge is disputed with your bank, the order’s download is closed while the dispute is open.
Your rights
Nothing on this page limits any right to a refund you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
