How buying from this site works, in plain language. The EULA covers what you can do with the fonts; this covers the purchase itself.

Who you’re buying from
Loneman Type Studio is a trade name of Loneman Studio LLC. When these terms say “we”, that’s who they mean. You can reach us at hello@lonemantype.com.
What you’re buying
A license to use font software, not the software itself. What the license allows is set out on the licensing page and, in full, in the EULA. By completing a purchase you agree to the EULA in force on the day you buy; later revisions never change a license you already hold.
Your tier and the license holder
Prices depend on the size of the organization that will use the fonts. You choose the tier and you name the license holder at checkout. Both are self-reported and we take your word for them. The license is issued to the name you enter, so if you’re buying for a client, enter the client’s name.
Prices, tax and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies, based on your address. Payment is processed by Stripe; card details go to Stripe and never reach this site. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it at its own rate.
Delivery
Fonts are delivered as a download as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. You’ll see a download button on the confirmation page and get an email with a link to your order page, which you can come back to whenever you need the files again. Please keep your own copy as well.
Refunds
Because the files are delivered immediately and can’t be returned, sales are generally final, with the exceptions on the refunds page. If something is wrong with your order, write to us and we’ll put it right.
Updates
When we improve a family you’ve licensed, the update is free. The All Access license covers the catalog as it stands on the day you buy; families released later are sold separately.
If something goes wrong
The fonts are provided as they are. Our total responsibility for any purchase is limited to what you paid for it, and we aren’t responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. We may update them for future purchases; the date at the top shows when they last changed.
